We accidentally hit something on a road trip and Alaska Professional Auto came to our rescue on a Saturday and did the repair so we could get back on the road. They are professional, kind, and go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely be back for any repairs needed in the future.

does a fantastic job. They have sustainable prices, always a smile to share when you walk in. Only place I trust my vehicle to be taken care of. They have done tire changeover's oil changes, brakes etc. Every visit we leave grateful for all the help! Definitely recommend.

Excellent service and technical knowledge for older vehicles. I recently had to replace an engine and they did excellent job. I recommend this shop especially for people who owns older vehicles. They know how to fix it right for the first time. Thank you.

If you are looking for a reliable place to repair your older vehicles, this is it! I called Ali Monday and right away he was enthusiastic and said that they could fix what I needed and try to get me out ASAP. He took the RV Tuesday at noon and found the parts I needed for our 1985 Chevy Jamboree RV as well as getting me the vehicle by the end of the day on Wednesday! (I called last minute after being out of town longer than anticipated and was crossing my fingers to be ready for a trip to Homer this Friday. Ali made it happen!)

I'm in town from Fairbanks and got a flat tire, they were the only shop that would fix it today. Turned out to just be my valve stem, they also went out of their way to clean snow off my truck and check all my other tires. Very good service, would come back if I ever need service when I come back to Anchorage.

Ollie took care of two of my vehicles. Each time he took a little extra care that he did not need to do. I will continue to come back. The work is reliable and they get the job done quickly. I would 10/10 recommend.

I took a car to them before I bought it and took their advice and didn’t buy it. Then my husband took his car there to have some “major” work done. They fixed it it a day at a much lower cost than the dealership that wanted to charge 3 times what we paid. This is my new shop for all repairs.

After experiencing a flat tire right outside of their shop and no Jack to put my spare tire on, Ali agreed to take a look at my tire and help me with it when the place across the street wouldn't even help me in the meantime. He was so sweet and helpful and took me in immediately to fix my tire. That kind of service is rare to find and I would definitely be using him in the future.

Ali is awesome! I have had several different issues with my F150 and every time I call, Ali is able to take my truck in right away. He gets it repaired in a short amount of time and the prices very reasonable. After dealing with the Ford dealership here once, I found Alaska Professional Auto online, along with many other places. I chose this place because of the reviews and I am SO glad I did. Thank you so much for being such a great business and doing such a great job!

Trustworthy, nicest, and best mechanic around! Had my car back to me way faster than I expected, and it runs so well now. Hard to find someone to work on a 1999, but Ali didn’t even blink. He just fixed it. Rates were SUPER REASONABLE. Highly recommend. This is the only place I’m taking my car from now on.
